and refunds:Delivery / Shipping: 1st class priority or express mail USPS service to all USA and Canada destinations. International shipments by airmail postal service to arrive in appoximately 5 to 15 busienss days depending on the final destination. UK shipment by 1st class "signed for" service to arrive in approximately 2 business days.
Cancellation / Returns: You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. To cancel your contract you must notify us by e-mail to our e-mail address, clearly stating your order number. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address as published above.
Payment: We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Payment processing encryption: Our shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the customer's browser, using SSL 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers and all customer data.. While selecting products and adding them to the Shopping Cart, the customer is in non-Secure Mode. After he/she presses the checkout button, we switch to Secure Mode in order to collect the billing and shipping information. All modern Web browsers support the SSL standard.
